Lewis BioEnergy offer the PB Auto range of wood pellet boilers. These utilise the latest technology to provide highly efficient, highly automated boilers for use in domestic and small industrial/commercial applications.

All of our boilers are manufactured to our specification by a company with over 50 years of experience in the manufacture of gas, oil and solid fuel boilers.

Our biomass boilers will directly replace any existing system using oil or gas as a fuel source and as well as reducing fuel cost, they will contribute greatly to the reduction in your personal carbon footprint. Wood pellet fuel offers a potential heat source which is almost carbon neutral.

The benefits of this fuel source has long been recognised across Europe, where in some countries wood pellet boilers are the first choice for heating homes and businesses.

High efficiency, high technology biomass boilers do not need to be high cost boilers. Our objective is to make this technology an affordable option for anyone wishing to move from fossil fuels.

As part of the UK’s commitment to carbon reduction, the government has introduced an incentive scheme to encourage the adoption of renewable energy sources for heating systems.

The scheme covers installations in the commercial, industrial and public (non-domestic) sector and it went live in November 2011. The government has appointed Ofgem to implement and administer the scheme.

The following case studies can be viewed as representative of different examples of pellet boiler installations.

There are many variables which dictate the final installation costs and the benefits available through switching to pellet fuelled boilers. Each installation is different.

These examples are realistic and reflect our own experience of costs and benefits across a range of different applications.
